These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and 77ace (hereinafter "77ace", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting information platform accessible at https://77ace.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content and effect;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing with 77ace;
• You accept that 77ace may amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice, and your continued use following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms;
• You acknowledge that these Terms create a binding legal agreement between you and 77ace.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you confirm that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or the laws applicable in your country of residence. The Platform is strictly for adults. 77ace implements age verification controls and reserves the right to request identity documents confirming your date of birth at any time. Any account found to have been created by a person below the minimum age will be closed immediately and any funds held in such account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible-gambling obligations.

4.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. 4.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus balances or pending winnings.

4.4 Personal Use Only

The Account must be used solely by the registered account holder for their own personal use. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise made available to any third party.

To access the full features of the Platform, including depositing funds and claiming promotions, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to:

5.1 KYC Verification

77ace and/or the Operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, crediting significant deposits or activating certain account features. Acceptable KYC documents typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your Account pending verification.

By submitting KYC documents, you consent to 77ace and/or the Operator processing your personal data for identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method and account tier. All deposits are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for reference purposes.

Payment references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are illustrative of familiar Pakistani payment rails only. 6.2 Withdrawals

6.3 Currency

Illustrative figures on this Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Actual transaction processing may involve currency conversion where the Operator's base currency differs from PKR. Any such conversion will be conducted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Promotions offered on or through the Platform are subject to specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Illustrative Figures: All bonus amounts shown on this Platform (including, without limitation, "100% up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000", "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000" and similar figures) are illustrative examples only. They do not represent currently active, live or guaranteed promotions unless explicitly confirmed by the Operator at the time of your participation.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages and maximum bet rules are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings.

7.2 Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses

Sticky bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and cannot themselves be withdrawn — only net winnings derived from the bonus balance, after completion of applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal. Non-sticky bonuses, once wagering requirements are satisfied, allow the original bonus amount to be withdrawn together with eligible winnings, subject to maximum cash-out caps where specified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under the minimum age requirement or are prohibited from using the Platform by applicable law;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating multiple Accounts, or assisting others in doing so;
• Using or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine betting risk;
• Colluding with other users or Platform employees for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is expressly prohibited while misrepresenting your location;
• Sharing your Account credentials with, or allowing access to, any third party;
• Introducing malicious code, viruses or any other disruptive material into the Platform;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from 77ace.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 77ace or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) sell, resell or commercially exploit any Platform Content; (b) copy, reproduce, distribute, display or create derivative works of any Content without prior written consent; (c) use data mining, robots or similar tools to extract data from the Platform; or (d) frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

The 77ace name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of 77ace. You may not use any such marks without prior written authorisation.

10.1 Content Disclaimer

The Platform provides information for educational and entertainment purposes only. 77ace makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of any Content on the Platform. All bonus amounts, RTP percentages, processing times and other illustrative figures are examples only and are expressly stated as such.

10.2 No Gambling Licence

77ace does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, any provincial authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani governmental or regulatory body. 10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to financial losses from gambling activity, system outages, payment processing delays or data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it.

10.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may reference third-party services, payment providers or game studios. 77ace is not responsible for the acts, omissions or practices of any third party. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for informational context only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement or integration.

77ace is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools and information to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased before the applicable cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Users may restrict the duration of individual play sessions.

12.1 Suspension by 77ace

77ace and/or the Operator reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at their sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have provided false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• You have been found to be accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• You are in breach of any applicable law, regulation or licence condition relevant to the Operator's gambling licence;
• Your account shows patterns consistent with problem gambling and your welfare requires intervention.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests will be processed in accordance with the Operator's procedures. Any eligible real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure, subject to completion of any required verification, will be returned via a suitable payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gambling licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licence jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

77ace reserves the right to revise, update or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.
