77ace is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform created specifically for Pakistani players. We bring together cricket betting, live casino tables, premium slots and responsible-gambling tools — all in one place, displayed in PKR, written in clear English.
77ace started from a straightforward observation: Pakistani players interested in online casino and sports betting had very few platforms that genuinely understood their context. Most sites were designed for European or South-East Asian audiences — currency figures in EUR or USD, payment methods unavailable in Pakistan, sports markets skewed toward football leagues that nobody here follows with the same passion as a Babar Azam century or a PSL final.
We set out to change that. 77ace was built as an English-language platform purpose-designed for Pakistani users — with account balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), betting markets that put Pakistan cricket and PSL front and centre, and content written in the kind of clear, professional English that players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar actually use day to day.
From the beginning, we made a deliberate decision: be honest about what we are and what we are not. We do not hold a Pakistani gambling licence — no offshore operator does. We do not claim endorsement from the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any local financial institution. When we reference payment methods like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, we reference them as familiar payment rails in Pakistan, not as confirmed or endorsed integrations. We believe that transparency is the foundation of any trustworthy platform.
Over time we have grown our game library to cover slots, live dealer tables, crash games, esports and a rich sportsbook spanning cricket, football, UFC and more. Our platform is mobile-first — because the reality is that the overwhelming majority of our users are playing on Android devices on 4G connections somewhere between a busy Lahore bazaar and a quiet evening in Islamabad.
Responsible gambling has never been an afterthought at 77ace. Deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion tools and access to support resources are all built into the platform architecture — not bolted on as a legal afterthought. We firmly believe that a platform which protects its players is the only kind of platform worth building.
Six pillars that shape everything we build and every decision we make as a platform.
Every page on 77ace — from promotions and game guides to responsible-gambling resources — is written in clear, professional English calibrated for Pakistani readers. No awkward translations, no confusing jargon. Urdu assistance is available from our support team on request, but the platform itself stays in English so terminology remains precise and consistent.
Bonus wagering requirements, maximum bet rules during a bonus, game contribution percentages and cashout caps are all stated clearly before you opt into any promotion. We do not bury the important clauses in paragraph 47 of a 10,000-word document. Our Terms & Conditions page uses plain-English headings and structured sections so you actually understand what you are agreeing to.
We built for mobile because that is how Pakistan plays. The platform loads fast on 4G connections, touch targets are sized for thumbs not mouse pointers, and every layout — from the game lobby to the cashier — is responsive from a 5-inch Android screen up to a desktop monitor. No separate app download is required to get the full experience.
Pakistan cricket — Test matches, T20 Internationals, PSL and ICC tournaments — sits at the top of our sportsbook, not buried under European leagues. We also cover football (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A), UFC, kabaddi and esports. Live in-play betting with real-time odds updates ensures you can react to that crucial last-over wicket exactly when it happens.
Deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options are all accessible directly from your account settings — not hidden behind a support ticket. We believe informed players are safer players, which is why we also maintain a dedicated Responsible Gambling page explaining every tool available and how to access external support resources.
Your balance, deposit minimums, stake fields and withdrawal amounts all show in Pakistani Rupees. No mental arithmetic to convert USD or EUR. When we publish illustrative bonus examples — such as "up to PKR 25,000" — we state PKR explicitly and label the figure as illustrative so there is no confusion between a live offer and an example.
Our values are not a marketing exercise. They are the criteria we apply when we decide what features to build, how to word a promotion, what responsible-gambling tools to surface first and how to handle a user complaint. These five principles guide us daily.
We state clearly what we are, what we are not and what our figures represent. Illustrative bonus amounts are labelled as illustrative. Payment methods are referenced as familiar local rails — not claimed integrations. We do not fabricate regulatory approvals or invent partnership endorsements.
Responsible-gambling tools are not a legal checkbox for us — they are a structural priority. Every account has access to limit-setting tools from day one. We surface self-exclusion options prominently, not buried in a help article on page twelve.
We understand that our users are in Karachi dealing with intermittent electricity, in Lahore on a shared mobile data plan, in Islamabad placing a late-night in-play cricket bet. Platform design decisions reflect that reality, not the needs of a broadband-connected European desktop user.
We do not claim a Pakistani gambling licence. We do not assert that local banks endorse our operations. We acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 creates legal complexity for players. We provide educational content — not legal advice — and encourage users to understand the laws that apply to them.
The platform is never finished. We actively gather feedback to improve load times, expand game selection, refine bonus terms clarity and add responsible-gambling features. If something is not working for Pakistani users, we want to know about it and fix it.
Concrete, verifiable commitments — not vague brand promises. Hold us to these.
All bonus figures presented as examples are explicitly labelled as illustrative. Game RTP ranges are stated as approximate. We do not present marketing copy as fact. If an offer is live, it will be clearly identified as such in the Terms & Conditions.
Your personal data — name, email, payment information — is stored securely and never sold to third parties. We use data only for account management, identity verification and platform security. Our full Privacy Policy page details every aspect of how your data is handled.
Our support team targets a first response within four hours for email queries and under five minutes during peak hours for live chat. Support operates in English, and Urdu language assistance may be available on request. Contact us at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).
77ace is strictly for adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum required by the operator or its licence jurisdiction. Age verification is required during the account registration process. We take underage access prevention seriously and do not market to those below the permitted age.
Building a platform "for Pakistan" means more than slapping a crescent-and-star on an existing template. It means understanding that a user in Faisalabad may have a 3G connection when the PSL final is on. It means knowing that a player in Rawalpindi needs their account balance shown in PKR — not a EUR amount they have to mentally convert. It means recognising that the most emotionally significant sporting event in Pakistan is not the Premier League final — it is a Pakistan vs. India T20 at the ICC tournament.
Our payment references reflect the wallets Pakistani people actually use — Easypaisa for the quick mobile top-up, JazzCash for day-to-day transfers, Raast for instant bank-to-bank, and major banks like HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah for larger transactions. We reference these as familiar payment rails, not confirmed integrations or endorsements. Actual deposit method availability is always confirmed on the cashier page.
All match timings, bonus countdown clocks and customer support hours on 77ace are anchored in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5). No guessing whether "24 hours" means 24 hours in London or Karachi. It means Karachi.
We keep contact straightforward. No phone queues, no chatbot mazes — just direct channels to people who can actually help.
For account questions, withdrawal queries, bonus clarifications and formal complaints. We target a first response within four hours during business hours (PKT).
